Dry & Wet Risers, also known as Fire Mains, are essential for tall buildings in order to prevent extensive fire damage. Any building over 18m is likely to have a dry riser and any building over 60m is likely to have a wet riser. It is crucial to keep these regularly maintained & inspected.

We have extensive experience in installing & maintaining dry & wet risers for a range of residential and commercial buildings. Both wet & dry risers can be prone to serious neglect and need to be inspected and serviced eery 6 months. Wet risers also need annual pressure testing.
